OK recently I've moved into a new house (in the last two months) and it's been noticed that I've started snoring so much it wakes my bf (and he's a pretty heavy sleeper). Now I've never snored before as far as I know just wondering where this came from.
Also I've started drooling in my sleep....I used to love my bed time now I'm kinda anxious about it :(

Maybe you normally breathe through your nose and it's blocked because of hay fever, or whatever dust is there. I drool when my nose is blocked alright. It's manky

Maybe you really love your new place and are sleeping like a baby? :)

Have you tried Nasal Strips yet?

    It really could be anything
    > hayfever - maybe where you live now is a hot spot
    > different bed?
    > different pillow - my wife used to be like that but changed her pillow and sorted most of it out...
    > dust / dust mites
    > carpet / flooring in the room
    > maybe you have a cold....

Just list out yourself the different things that might have changed since you moved to your new house and see if you can eliminate any of these causes.
Failing that maybe go see a doc or try one of the remedies mentioned above.

My oh used to drool/snore - but changed her pillow - sorted it except when she is run down / has a slight cold...
When I tell her the next day she was snoring her response is normally "REVENGE".... :)

Hmmm thanks for the tips guys :) I'll try to eliminate some of those possibilities.
Do those nasal strips really work?

I use the nasal strips when I have a cold, since I snore when I have a cold.

They seem to work, or at least help :)
