    Hi Guys,

I'm thinking about renting out a room in my house and was wondering if anyone has a template for a Tenancy Agreement that I can use:confused:

I've searched on here and on the net in general but cant seem to come up with anything.

    Thanks!

Keep it very simple. It is probably to your advantage to not have something very formal.

Suggestions are names, dates, amounts, responsibilities and rules.

Hmmmm....I question the morality behind that nugget of advice.

I'm not sure if I agree. The person would be a lodger in the OP's home, not a tenant. Therefore a tenancy agreement isn't appropriate.
