    Hi,

    I'd like to test my companies desktop AV install, does anyone know if its possible to download a harmless sample virus I (as IT manager) could use to test desktops etc..

    Start out with the EICAR test string first, or vulnerability scanners.

    get limewire.

    Download porn.

    If your computer doesnt explode then your pretty safe.

    ^this may seem pretty sarcastic, but trust me, if you can do that and not get a virus, then you are pretty much virus proof :P
