Civil Service AC Friday night off road 5km fun run

Does anyone know anything about these races, are they open to all standard of runners?

I ran one of these last year. Very open to all standards and a very pleasant and welcoming crowd that run them. The course (if it's the same as last year) is two loops of a reasonably flat grass circuit.

Can't run this one myself, but might be up to support
