--- cleared with the mods ---

I'm involved in facilitating a sports nutrition focus group this monday (22nd) at 6:30pm in dublin city centre (southside). We have two spaces to fill and am wondering would any boardsies like to attend? We are looking for 1 male and 1 female of any age, who are serious enough about their sport..but importantly aren't necessarily experts on nutrition and diet (its not a test!).

We have a mix of people from elites to "serious" enthusiasts involved already from tri, cycling, track and endurance running. The ideal for us would be those who train a min. 4 times per week and are goal rather than fitness orientated.

It will involve nothing more than a round table discussion (9 people in total) for 90 minutes from which we hope to gain insight into how people manage their diet & nutrition and how they integrate this into their training schedules, in return we think you'll have an interesting hour and half chat (and some free product).

If you're interested, just send me a quick PM and i'll be back to you confidentially & quickly.

    thanks.

I'm in Cork but I've done this sort of thing for beer, cheese, strawberries, banks, brandy and loads of other stuff.

    Good luck
