    Sorry, maybe it's a bit odd question.

    Can anyone help me to clarify single trip travel insurance is only apply to travel to one city? I'm planing go to China and will stop over in Hong Kong for few days.

    Generally you'd give them the departure and return dates and then you'd be covered for wherever you go between those dates. Depending of course on if they cover that part of the world that you are going to.
