Went to Shannon this morning to do a bit of spotting, after a few cargo planes arrived, a United Airlines B767 arrived. Obviously not scheduled, i was wondering does anybody know anything about it, didnt have my laptop with me so couldn't get any ATC. Arrived about 6.45am today, (tuesday 16th). Presume it was a US bound diversion as it was pretty heavy with a very gentle touchdown and long rollout requiring trackback to taxiway. Any info would be appreciated, she's at gate 1 if anyone wants to get a good pic of her!;)

UA954 SFO-LHR has been diverted. It was due here at LHR at 0655 but now due at 1146. Word is it went into Gander though and coming from SFO will mean a B777.

Nothing else available at the moment. There was UA958 a B767-300 coming from ORD TO LHR. Due at 0710 but did not arrive till 0910. No word of a diversion.

The term 'Redirected' has been used for UA958 whereas the term 'Diverted' was used for UA954.

Not sure what the term 'redirected' means but it happened twice during UA958's flight.

FICO or Flight Inspection Central Operations if you work for an airline.

    If not try here.
