Full details are on falcons website. It usually includes local spirits/beer only so you wont get stuff like smirnoff but a local brand instead. I'm off to the coral sea resort in september for a weeks scuba diving. Reviews seem decent enough. Have a look here:

I have stayed in the Holiday Village which I think is next door and from what I recall, the food etc was identical. Both are owned/leased by First Choice/Falcon I believe so 40% of the people will be Brits, 10% Irish and 50% Russian.

There is stacks to eat, buffet all you can eat breakfasts and dinner (Which is open from about 6pm to 10, (so you can eat twice, early and late if you are so inclined), mid morning snacks, ice cream, lunch, mid after noon snacks...you get the idea.

The booze is all local, but decent enough. they use plastic 1/2 pint glasses but you can get as many as you like, so when you are watching the evenings entertainment, you can get 4 and take them to your seat. The glasses have a clever way of stacking, so you can actually hold 8 at a time!!

On top of that, you get one pass per week for each of the specialist restaurants, which makes a nice change because the evening food can get a bit boring after a while.

If that's not enough, you can order (and pay for) room service and there is a McDonalds over the road. (If you are next to the holiday Village.)

The diving is great as well, try and get the speedboat dives if you can, they head out early and you get to the reefs before the big day boats get there. it is a bit more expensive but when you come up and you see great armies of divers heading into the water, it makes it worth it.
