Growing Leaders

    Just wondering if anyone has any experience of the Growing Leaders course from CPAS

    While CPAS is an Anglican based organisation, this particular course seems to have been used by a wide variety of churches (Their promotional video is focussed on a Baptist church)

    Our Church Minister is keen to run it - seems like a useful course for maturing Christians, whether they become Church Leaders or not, but they say not to under estimate the work/time involved
