Concerning Facial Mole Removal.

I was just wondering if anyone knew anything about my little dilemma! I have two moles on the right hand side of my face and they're quite hairy so I really want to have them removed. I visited my GP and she said that they were not potentially cancerous so if I were to have them removed it would have to be by a cosmetic surgeon and there would probably be scarring. I really don't mind about scarring, or the colour of the moles, it's just the hair! And my mother does not seem to want me to have surgery because it costs money... sooo...
1. About how much would it cost to have two moles removed from my face (neither exceeding 1cm)?
2. Where would be a good place to have it done?
3. Are there any treatments I could use that would get rid of the hairs or moles that are not surgical?
