Hi, I know people have posted about dental work up north, but i'm interested in finding out how people have gotten on. Will need 1 or possibly 2 veneers. Also has anybody done the price comparison between practices. Feel free to pm me. Any information will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

My sister in law went to Budapest 2 years ago. had a checkup and cleaning for €120.00

She was travelling with my brother who wanted info on implants. He had some xrays and a temporary partial acrylic denture made for €350.00.

He subsequently opted for implants in Spain where he has a holiday home (€6,000 for 5 mini implants supporting a denture) . The denture was uncomfortable from day one and when he closed his mouth the teeth did not connect evenly with the opposite teeth.
He had the denture remade by another Spanish dentist 6 months later (€3,500.00).

Since then 2 of the mini implants have fallen out.

He was very impressed with the attractive layout of the dental clinics and was quite taken by the foreign accent of the staff ( he's from Cork).

His mouth's a bit of a mess now though.
