    Alright guys

    I know crunk/southern hip-hop isn't everybody's cup of tea, but lookign for some good crunk/southern tunes to work-out to. Lyrically, its far from perfect, but its great, high tempo music for lifting weights etc. nothing like a chorus about throwing elbows to get the blood pumping!

    Something along the line of Trillville - Neva Eva, Get Some Crunk In Yo System, David Banner - Might Getcha, **** em etc.

    Any suggestions?
