Wish I had access to Eurosport in my room, just flicking it on and off, seems like good coverage from what I've seen.

Dipping in and out of it over the course of the day.

Eurosport's coverage is excellent as every year

No TV here so watching someone's web broadcast of Speed's coverage in the US.

Really hope the #8 can come back and win it. Go Bourdais!

Also a pity to see the Creation guys having problems :(

horrific crash for one of the pescarolo cars on an outlap from the pits seems to be taking a long time to get the driver out of the car hopefully its just precautionary though

Edit: seems to be ok they took there time and stabilized his spine but he seems to be consious and talking to the people around him

Glad Peugoet could win it at last. Enjoyed watching it on eurosport over the last day. Have to get back to it sometime soon.

Commentary and analysis are good. Compared to some programmes on Motors TV.

Were the commentators on for the entire 24 hours? Some job to keep saying something new about the race.
i love watching the 24 h race. Specially during the night. I really like to go there myself oneday to see it with my own eyes.
Good for Peugeot to win again after 5 (?) times Audi.

Anyone thinking about going, all I can say is DO IT!!

a bunch (7) of us went, all first timers, flew into paris on friday, hired a car, bought a tent and headed west.

    It was epic.

the atmosphere, the noise, the crowds, the night driving, all of it.

but possibly best of all was the price.

All in, and I mean all. €290 per head.

That included flights with air france (a proper, old school airline with baggage and snacks, and stuff) a 7 seater people carrier for 3 days, diesel, the campsite, race ticket, all our food, and a case of beer each.

Now how that could be beaten for 24 hours of freely accessible motorsport I do not know.

Oh, and did I mention the weather :)
