Surely if you're talking about analysts you have to mention Stephen Jones of the Times. Think an Irishman shat in his cornflakes at some point...or some other explanation for his excessive anti-Irishness.

Anyone remember the article in Times where him, Barnes, Guscott, Dallaglio and Kenny logan were picking their Lions squads after around round 3 of 6N?

Jones actually said he didn't believe BOD deserved to even make the touring squad...his centre pair were Henson and Armitage if memory serves me right.

I'm don't want to hit them based on their crapness - most of them are in fact good rugby players.
Granted Staunton is crap, but it's the arrogant demeanors of the above players that makes me want to slap them.
Then again I'm probably just jealous.

What's the deal with Percy the peacock anyway? Will he be playing against the Lions?

Is Staunton really very arrogant?

If we're talking arrogant then must mention Sexton. Though I wouldn't slap him for it as I thinks it's part of his new found confidence which is turning him into a real prospect at 10.

Shane Williams winning world player of the year was crazy.

Hopefully a real rugby player like Rocky Elsom will win it this year.
