Vegetable Smoothies

    Does anyone know where I could get decent recipee's for fruit and vegetable smoothies?

    Heading to Argos after work for a smoothie maker and don't just want to lob random fruit in veg in and end up with pure gunk!

    Do fruit and veg lose much of their nutritional values when smoothified?

    Also how long would a smoothie last in the fridge after being made?

    Yeah I know I ask a lot of questions! :P

    I wouldn't leave it more than a day. If even that long. They separate very quickly in my experience. Haven't had one in a while though.
