New law out about importing?

Whats all this about a new law coming out/already out about importing goods into the country. I heard I can't import anything from lets say, ehobby or something, is this true? Or whens it coming out? Or did I just hear wrong?

It only restricts the importation of aegs/gbbs afaik, gear such as stocks, clothing etc doesn't seem like it will be affected. No set date for it's implementation, it has to pass through several committees etc first.

i heard that you could only import it in through a registered shop or somthing. no personal inports.

but yes there is no more news on this relaited topic and probably wont kick in.
