    A workshop for people interested in cycling. Great for anyone who would like to have some fun and maybe even improve their fitness while getting out on their bike . Also information will be given on a bit about what local events and races are on , how to get involved, a bit about the sport, and if your that keen, a bit of info on what local cycling clubs you can join.

    All are welcome and attendance is Free!!!
