Dormant non-trading company-struggling with b1 online

    has anyone ever completed one of these forms successfully ?

    I have been trying to submit it for hours but all i get is error messages to do with the amounnts of shares etc


    how much would an accountant charge for doing it ?

    post the actual error message, for a dormant company all you have to change is the dates, should be very simple.

    You still have to submit a paper return claiming the audit exemption and including abridged accounts, also very simple just change dates and move figures across one column.
