Drink driving and dangerous sentence.. help!

    im a 21 year old girl that got got a 3year driving ban, 2years for drink driving and 1year for dangerous driving....since May i ave been one full year of the road which would be half the of the drink driving charge and i was wondering if there was anyway i can appeal the sentence with out waiting till the 18months it was my 1st ever offense of any kind and would be great full for any help

    You should've been banned for life IMO!

    I'm open to correction, but I don't think it's possible to appeal a drink driving ban after it's been handed out...

    You'll have to just wait it out...

    Contact the solicitor who aided you when you got the ban and ask him/her what your options are.
