Norton 360 wants to uninstall Windows Defender -- Why ??

    I had to uninstall Norton 360 2.0 as it was a bit fcuked up.

    Now when I go to re-install , it want to uninstall windows defender first.

    Is it worthwhile using Norton at all , or is windows defender doing the same job ?

    never install any software made by norton.

    But its okay to remove windows defender, its an antispyware, 2 anti something apps don't get along

    take off norton it's a pile of crap, avast free is pretty good and it's free
