    Is this why we had all the low pressures going south of us the past two summers causing all the rain?

    What about now - is it too early to say a similiar pattern is forming, we already have had flooding in the UK midlands with a slow moving low over the bay of biscay with similiarities to the mad flooding in previous summers.
