    quick question :

    Someone working 20/25 hours a week over 4days out of the seven , is he/she entitled to claim for the other days ???

    If the 4th day is on a Sunday, yes.

    If you work more than 3 days Monday - Saturday, no.

    But if the person has only ever been working that number of hours, or is only contracted for those hours (even if the 4th day is a Sunday as Xiney explained), then no, there is no loss in employment and they cannot claim.
