Hi all not sure if this is in the correct area.

Has anyone got any ideas as to loose a little pot belly i aquired after been out of action from footy for nearly 3yrs due to injuries.

I play footy about 3times a week and go for runs most other nights and i eat healthy enuf but i cant seem to get rid of it. I have no time for the gym as i have always hated them i would rather run around a field in the rain than on a threadmill so if anyone has any suggestions it would be greatly appreciated.
Please dont say give up the alcohol as that would just ruin my life.

    Thanks

No offence, but you probably don't. Post up a sample diet if you want and we can have a look and see, but diet is normally the starting place for losing weight.
