can anyone throw some light on this problem, for the past few weeks iv been having trouble with my clutch. When im changing down gears while slowing down for a high speed or changing at high rev's (eg. when overtaking) the clutch pedal jams to the floor. I then have to lift the pedal up with my foot before i can change again.
some one has said that it could be the "slave cylinder"
    Anyone have any similar experience?
    its a VW golf,
