Thinking of the lake district

Hello. I'm planning my hols this year and really fancy the lake district in the uk. And thinking of killing two birds with one stone and hiring a Campervan/motorhome, saving on accomidation and car rental.

Has anyone here gone campervanning in the lakes?

Does anyone know of any good rentals in the area?

I've never been caravanning there, but I've visited the area a couple of times, and it's really beautiful. I'd really recommend it.
