help required to find a cleaning company

Hi I recently found out a relative of mine has been living in unsavoury conditions, a lot of household waste and a possible pest issue. Was wondering if anybody could recommend a cleaning/extermination company to come in and gut the whole house so we can start a fresh? URGENT response greatly appreciated
