take it back to the shop then. How long ago did you buy the machine? Assuming its brand new, this is their problem. not yours. and you shouldnt have to pay a red cent to get it fixed.

Crysis the game keeps crashing on it ....

Em crysis is supposedly the most taxing game graphicly to run?
Would it not be something to do with that,
what graphics card do you have?

Or indeed it could be just a bad install of Crysis if the computer is working fine other than that.
    Post up your pc specs

Ah ... I'm in Spain ... consumers have _no_ rights ....

I got it about 1 month ago ...

And the graphics card i have is the ATI Radeon 4800 1gb ...

Despite that a modern PC wouldn't crash on runing it surely once it had 2GB of ram or more.

I never have seen over heating issues first hand but doesn't a PC instanly shut down when it overheats as opposed to crash? Is the PC fine otherwise, outside of crysis and in othergames?

there are european laws at play here though. I dont know which, but I know theres at least one or two that relates to your issue.

Wouldn't be so sure of that

Also op what actual graphics card do you have, There are big differences between some of the cards in the ATI 4800 series?

And Just One more thing(columbo style) what resolution screen do you have?

Try running crysis on very low graphic settings and see if that works out for you....

and i get BIOS CHECKSUM ERROR .. (or something similar) when i start it up ..

ill bring it back and get the memory replaced...
