€40, not bad when you take into account it works as a mouse too! simple compared to a chunky computer keyboard on your lap!

I was in Belfast last week and picked one up for £24.99. There's a real learning curve in it, I wont lie, but it's better than a keyboard. Sits in a nicer place than the 360 chatpad, but you can take this off and just have it beside you as it works via bluetooth and is rechargeable , which is great. The mouse is hit and miss, but it just takes time. I dunno bout paying €40 for it, though.

how does it work as a mouse?

Ha, you click the mouse-enable button and then glide your fingers across the letters. It's some interesting Hellen Keller sh*t, but it's tough.

I take it won't do much good in games? i.e. only useful in the web browser..

I'd buy the keypad if it was cheaper, I doubt I'd be using it enough to make it worth the price.

Oh God no, it's tough work even as a browser mouse. I just leave it beside me, it does come in handy for messages or naming things.

Have this for a while and it works brilliantly for writting text rather than the old way. Dont know why they made it attach to the controller it doesnt fit properly ends up getting in the way and is way easier to use on its own ( it doesnt need to connect to the controller at all it has its own power+bluetooth thingy)

40 was expensive for it i got it for 25 euro last december in game. I have it constantly attached to my controller and it has a good battery life too. I never use the mouse on it though kinda pointless.

Plus One. Get loads more typed this way and quicker. An actual keyboard would be too awkward for me. I got it much cheaper than 40e online though!

I had initially "invested" in a €20 usb keyboard and mouse from Argos. It worked... just as long as the keyboard and dongle were pretty much touching. This is a good gadget.
