Configuring Filezilla

Trying to set up a website to host my portfolio - have bought hosting and a domain off register365.com. I'm trying to use Filezilla to install indexhibit, but I can't set up Filezilla. Once I manage to connect I will be fine but I'm stuck at that.

I'm trying to run the network configuration wizard, and everytime I try the connection runs out when testing my IP address. Is this something to do with me allowing my router (Eircom Netopia) to use port 21? Not really sure what's going on.

Any help much appreciated, couldn't find anything through searching but apologies if this has already been answered.

    Cheers

EDIT: Jaysus it was one box I hadn't ticked, hidden in my CP was the option to turn FTP on which it wasn't! Lock away.

Filezilla is one of these things thats simple when you know how but difficult when you don't.

Go to your control panel in 365 and click on FTP manager and all your information should be there.

    On Filezilla:

For host it should be something like web14.hosting365.ie

Username: your login for FTP manager

    Password:
    your password for 365

Port can be left blank it should work.

This should connect to your server and then its only a matter of dragging files to upload them.

    That was the first thing I tried. The log I get is;

Response: 220 FTP Server ready. Unauthorised access is not permitted.
    Command: USER **********.com
Response: 331 Password required for **********.com
    Command: PASS **********
    Response: 530 Login incorrect.
Error: Could not connect to server

So I went and tried to configure the network settings. Still no joy.

    Thanks for the reply.

It says Login Incorrect, your FTP password could be different than your login password
