    Hey!

There's about 4-6 of us heading over in mid July for a week and i'm just looking for tips/info about Playa Del Ingles.
What's the nightlife like/general age/mainly Irish or British there or what?

We're all lads aged 20 and are essentially over there for a week long party!

The irish hotels in playa del ingles is Green fields, green gardens and the other "green" places i think but i'm sure theres more. I was there about 5 years ago. I'd advise you to try somewhere else. It's a kip imo. It was as if it was about 10 years out of it's sell but date, very run down and not a good atmosphere. Just my thoughts

I hate the place but if i was a 20 year old guy i'd probably love it, especially if you just want to party. So enjoy!

The Irish Center is like one big toilet with several bars pumping out the latest Europop and dance remixes of "Country Roads" and such like.

The Kasbah is generally regarded as "English", but the Germans might have something to say about that. The Kasbah is cleaner and more of a proper shopping area with bars.

There's also the Yumbo center, it's a lot quieter with more restaurants than bars, the bars themselves are predominantly German owned/populated (= decent beer btw) and there's also a few gay bars there. If you do go there, check out Café la belle which has a decent (and free) drag show.
