Bridge Near Saint-Nazaire.....okay by bicycle?

    Hi,
Am just planning my routes for my cycle trip in France next summer. Viamichelin is telling me that 6km of my route from St Nazaire to Les Sables D'Olonne is motorway, and I am guessing that it is the bridge out of Saint Nazaire which crossed the Loire mouth. Can anyone confirm this?
If I wanted to do a detour it would add alot of km's on....

    Thanks in advance! =)

I had a look at viamichelin. It allows you to specify a cycle route which, of course, would omit motorways.

I tried both for cars and for bikes, and the recommended cycle route is actually shorter. The bridge seems okay.

Ok that's great, thanks. When I tried it sent me on a loop northwards.
