I personally found it very easy but because of its low difficulty it will be marked harder. They try to have the same percent of a's each year so....

I reckon with a strict marking scheme they will look over quality of answers on section 2. I dont think people who done 5 questions will get an A cause it will make the examiner think you didnt put enough time and effort into 3 questions as asked. Your supposed to do a half hour on each question in section 2. I done 3 thank god!! :D:D:D

    I am i f**ked?

Well the map is worth a good bit of the question, so that's not good.
But if ya did 4, and our 4th one is good, ya should be fine

i did 4 out of 5 but if i hadnt done d 4 i would have just ended up leaving anyway and besides my short questions only took me about 15 - 10 mins which gives time for another long question.

Why do I feel I messed up??? I did all 5 questions and had time at the end to shade and colour in all my diagrams and stuff. And I left 20 mins early too....

I wrote like 3/4 a page for every answer (Well 10 markers mostly) so Im hoping its enough.

In the tourism question where it asked you why tourists visit Ireland I said
To see the leprachauns (Only the americans.....)
    :pac:
I put it in 4 other real points underneath though so hopefully that is ok, I won't lose marks for that yeah?

Eh, the rest of my paper was grand no joking about or anything of the sort. All sober and serious language, I doubt any examiner will instantly take off 10 marks for a tiny little joke.
Unless they're pissed off or whatever.... or american:rolleyes:

You'd be surprised...that's an incorrect point. If you have an evil, stony examiner you'll lose marks. If you have a good-hearted one you might get away with it. You're not meant to joke in the exam. Bad idea TBH. If you made a joke in history or English, for example, you'd lose marks. Can't see any reason why geography would be the same.
It wouldn't be much lost though.

They have no right to deduct marks for a fifth innacurate point so they cannot dock marks for that.

How would you joke in english (minus personal writing where humour gets you marks) or history anyway.

Tbh its you that must be a joke at english looking at your last line. :p

But really, that means you need 30 mins for short questions.#

    Yeah ok lol.
But srsly, as long you give good answers, it doesn't matter whether you did 3,4 or 5. Some people just work faster than others and everyone has to realise that. I did all 5 (and 4 parts to geo mix) and was left with about 15 mins to spare. Did it in my mocks aswell and got 91.

I wrote something like 1.5-2 pages (small handwriting) for questions without diagrams.

I thought it was really, really easy. I did an extra long q just be safe, I'd be pretty happy with a B :o

exactly like i did all 5 with 4 parts to geo mix aswell but its because i know whats relevant to write and i write fast, and because i know the stuff too.

Don't go around saying people who answered 5 can't get an A. Everyone has a good chance. I did the same in my mock and got 87. This time i answered the short answer q's better so im definitley hoping for an A.

I can barely write half a page with big handwriting:eek:
Yet somehow I always get B's in geography:confused:
Other than that it was pure handy:D
