BT: Naas Exchange Intermittant/No Connection

    Hi All,

my head is wrecked with BT. We are on the Naas exchange and have had a lot of problems recently with intermittant or no connection. There was a major outage on the exchange 2 wks ago which is now resolved but our woes continue.

We have always had to manually connect our wireless router at least once daily but recently it requires logon almost every hour. Our issue was escalated to level two support and their solution was to downgrade our package to a lower MB connection. We were connected to exchange for 23:59hrs until this morning when I had to manually connect again and was only on for 8 mins before being kicked out - have only been able to connect now.

In the last call the agent mentioned about our Noise Margin which was 0.5dB (below 10dB is bad apparently) and is now at 9.5dB. (Can anyone explain noise margin?)

I am wondering if we change provider are we likely to have same issues? I have attached latest line stats.
    Thanks!
