New way to get married?

(Warning: may be too serious for AH)

    Found an interesting company:

    http://www.wedomarriage.com/
Helping today's couples build the best possible tomorrow together-that's the mission of WeDo Marriage® Limited, the world's first marital corporation.
We empower couples to design and fulfil their own personalised, commitment-focused marriage contracts. All without including the government as a third party to their relationship, and without interference from the 1970s-designed family law system.

It seems to be a regular contract, vs. a marriage contract, between two people. I've been hearing about this line of argument for a few years now - I'm a big advocate of getting the state out of marriage - but this is the first company I've come across actually offering these legal contracts. And because it's not a regular marriage contract any two people of any gender can be 'married'.

Run by 'three Irish guys', the site informs me.

Seems interesting, and a sign of things to come. Any thoughts?

Does that mean I could put my wife on the FTSE 100 and sell my 'shares'in her?would children be seen as a business liability?

    A huge liability...they'd be a drain on your wife's 2 big assets ;)

She could go up, as well as down.

The best thing to do is to not do it at all, it just complicates things.

Am confused about mine: what are the combinations/options?
    Why a 2 person limit?
