    Hi all

I'm looking for accommodation for 1 or 2 weeks in Sorrento. I have found a couple of nice places online but just wondering if anyone can suggest anything else. My preference would be to go for somewhere with a pool or by the sea as the weather will no doubt be very hot and i want to be able to cool down easily!!

    Thanks!

I stayed in the Hotel Bristol.

Its IS beautiful with a pool on the roof with amazing views over the bay.

Ask for a room on a high floor in the main building. You will then be guaranteed a balcony with amazing views.

Its around 10 minutes walk down a hill to the town. Little shop half way down hill and supermarket at the bottom. Buy wine and beer. :D

Here are some pictures from the hotel.

Ok, I want to go there now!!! Thanks for that!

Is Sorrento a nice place to stay? Could you spend 2 weeks there or would you be bored after 1???

2 weeks is a long time, italy is not that big of country, in 3 hours you would be in rome e.g, i would recommend a couple of days in sorrento and use the rest of the time to check out other places
