On-Line renewal access to Fingal Co Co Libraries

Up to recently, accessing the on-line libraries in Fingal to renew book loans was very easy and intuitive.

There seems to have been a complete restructuring of the Fingal Website and book renewal is now very difficult.

If u google for say Swords library u get
    http://www.fingalcoco.ie/CommunityRecreationandAmenitiesDepartment/Library/LibraryBranches/SwordsLibrary/

Getting to the Renewal page takes an additional 3, well disguised steps..
If anyone has any clout with Fingal perhaps they might bring this to their attention.
    Thanks

Lots of websites (public and private sector) have poor interface designs. These are designed by techies, and revolve around the technical structure of the underlying systems, instead of revolving around the user's tasks or requirements.

Public bodies like Fingal have specific obligations under Section 27 & 28 of the Disability Act to meet accessibility requirements. If Fingal haven't done this, you could make a formal complaint to them under this Act.
