ok lads ive just bought some new clubs yesterday, they are lynx black cat irons.these were approved by the pro in my club he says they are great value for the price and are just as good as top of the range clubs.i did want some mizuno mx19 irons but the pro in the shop says these lynx clubs are better.i paid £160 for these irons (second hand) but very very good nick 3-sw.whats your thoughts on these irons were they worth £160.i used ram concept irons before i bought these lynx clubs, ive played 1 round with these lynx clubs they feel light years ahead of the ram irons.cheers lads

can you put a price on happyness? if they feel better than your old sticks and you can score better with them than 160 quid seems very good indeed . now a crap swing paired with the worlds best clubs still equels a crap golfer. isint it a pitty we cant buy top notch swings in the shop!any way best of luck with them mate

A mate of mine used to play with Lynx BlackCat irons and woods back in the late 90's as a teenager and he still maintains they are the best clubs he ever had. I had a go of them at the time and they were very nice indeed. The BlackCat 3 and 5 wood he had were excellent aswell.

ive only played 1 round with them so far,but what i found was these clubs were very forgiving ie if you missed the sweet spot you still got good distance.i wanted mizuno mx19 irons but the pro in the shop says these lynx irons are a fair bit better than mx19's

They where great years ago but went bust and where bought over..

Fred Couples use to play them and at the time they had a driver called the Boom Boom which was a sweet driver but a tiny head compared to todays monsters...
