overtightened headset

    Out on the road bike and headset became loose so tried to tighten with crappy multitool, must've overtightened cos the flangebit came out! any ideas how to sort this or is it a trip to the lbs?
    need it for the w200

    How to sort it with proper tools...here.

    How to sort it DIY style...here.

    I remember trying the DIY way years ago and the damn nut wouldn't go in the steerer or if it did it would be so sideways it couldn't be used properly.

    2 minute job in a friendly LBS.
