value air-con'd hotel in rome

headin to rome in mid july with my GFand need a recommendation for a hotel in central rome. we're not lookin for too much just somewhere central to crash for 3 nights. air - con would be needed in case of a head-wave. ...any other advice would be welcome. thanks!
