Watched bb1 thru to bb8 but did not watch last years one as to be honest I felt it had gotten crappy.
Am gonna watch tonight and may watch it again in it's entirety.
How do the rest of ye posters feel about it?

I feel the same way so that's why I deliberately avoided it last year

I had to laugh yesterday, reading one of the tabloids and it pointed out that they were bringing in an Irish contestant to boost ratings and save the show... how the f*ck is an irish person going to do this then??

Would that be why they have a Brazilian and a Russian in there...

in the Philippines there is also a Big Brother franchise - but it is more of a manufacturer of celebrities than a reality show.

The worst show on telly in my opinion.
Despise it and despise all who watch it too.

To be honest, I just don't see the appeal of lying in bed at night watching people lying in bed at night.

I watched BB2 which was the best one IMO, BB3 was good as well, and BB5 wasn't bad! Just went downhill then...they shoulda stopped it ages ago.

i personally hate the show, but i accept people will watch no matter what. For those that do watch it, what about it appeals to you? (this is not meant in a rude or ignorant manner, im just curious)

I love it, hate it and watch it! the characters in it this year are pretty good actually. Pretty than last year. Also they have cut down on all the BBLB, BB Extra, BB 4/7 etc which I think makes it better.

For me its car crash TV. He get to watch the in fighting, the obvious attempts to fashion some sort of a career when they get out, the biitching and back stabbing, the cringeworthy attempts to be cool, the clothes, the clash of extreme characters, the eviction nights. Although I dont really watch soaps - it is like a soap but with real desperate fame hungry people. Whats not to like?

I have to say I am very much enjoying watching the characters this year.
Hate to admit it but I find Halfwit terribly amusing to watch.... would be a shame in a roundabout way if he was to go but on the same note Cairon is quite funny with his comments:D
