Hey all! meself and 2 mates are tinken of headn to Dubai for a few days. Just lookn for some opinions/experiences of the city from fellow travellers. USIT have a deal at the moment which is 520 euro for 5 nites accomodation and return flights (excluding taxes and insurance) sounds like a good deal! :)

It depends on what you are into. Apart from a few well promoted attractions, there's not a lot there. It's expensive, unbearably hot in the summer and there are building sites everywhere. If shopping is your thing then maybe it's worth it, but otherwise you may be disappointed.

Can't see any attraction at the moment. Unless you like oven-like tempratures and half-completed building projects, that is.

€520 for 5 nights and days of 40+ degrees is not a bargain!

Plus I would not recommend Dubai as the place to go for a boozy hols
    if that was your intention.
