hi, my ntl connection into the wall is really bad and i have to move the lead going into it all the time to get a clear picture. i wanted to replace the socket to see if this will help as i already tried buying a new lead. i'm not sure how to install the socket though and can't find any easy instructions on the internet. does anyone have advice? thanks!

remove the faceplate to the socket and you will see how the existing co-axial cable is connected, simply disconnect it and connect it to the new faceplate in the same way. Just make sure you keep the outer wires on the co-ax clear of the inner thicker wire.
