Euro Elections - Dublin Market

I've had a look at this market. It looked pretty skewed this morning. De Rossa and Mitchell are sitters, but the bookies put McDonald and Ryan close for third, with 2/1 bar (Joe Higgins).

I think McDonald and Higgins are massively underpriced, and I think that Patricia McKenna has been overlooked seriously here. She was at 18/1 with Paddypower this morning but I took as much of that as I could and now she's at 12's, which I believe is still a little bit of value.

She will be a transfer MONSTER from De Rossa, De Burca (hah!) and all the other lefties (including McDonald and Higgins if it comes to it). Ryan will pick up virtually no transfers. She is the least unpalatable protest candidate for the middle-to-right voters.

    Get on.

I agree to an extent. Personally I'm a FF supporter who wants to do a protest vote against them but doesn't want Mary Lou or Joe to get elected, so in theory my best bet is McKenna.

The problem is you are relying on a high percentage of the electorate to actually think it through that way on the day, rather than just stab a pen in the general direction of the ballot paper.
