took this yesterday aswell. thought it went alright - got a little confused between implied terms and exclusion clauses, capital maintenance is arkward and found it hard to say too much exactly about redundancy without going into dismissal etc.

this is always going to ba a hard paper due to the 10 qs and no choice. punishes any sort of shortcutting. you only need the magical 50 percent though so here's hoping.

I attempted everything but there was a lot of waffling going on :) I had perfect answers for loads of topics of which i only got 2. I thought question 1 was a big suprise, really thought it would be interpretation or delegated leg. Theres a few areas i focused on that i thought there would be a few questions on. Suprised there was no exclusion clause actually, no shares, no corporate governanace, no agency, no partnership, no meetings, no professional negligence/duty of care.... the list goes on hehe.
like ya say im just crossing my fingers for a pass!
