Just googled the error number and found this, is your CC still valid?

    Taken from Sony:

I think I've found the solution to the dreaded 80023102.

Here's how I think you can tackle it:

1: If your credit card number is appearing in x's (e.g.. 111.........357) then retype it.

2: If you live in a flat/ apartment then placing your address on 1 or 2 lines might help

3: Is your credit card still valid?

4: Having your billing and residential infomation typed in the same might help.

If none of these helped contact Sony.

i was about to reply with the same idea. There's a good chance Sony are readying a huge update to PSN. Like the Apple store or Steam.. when big chances are afoot they take services down.

That, or in anticipation of the keynote, the public are buying loads and killing PSN

I'm hoping it is what you said. I don't want my psn account fubar for ages. I did a check and apparently people suffered this when CoD launched maps so might be something to do with either updates or network traffic.
