Carrick-On-Suir Triathlon

Having just done my first sprint triathlon over the weekend (Triathy 1:22:21) I'm interested in doing another next month and thinking of either Carrick-On-Suir or Youghal at the moment. Want to keep it relatively close to Cork, anyone have any input on which to go for next? For that matter, if there's another that I'm not thinking of that's in Munster feel free to suggest that (if it's newbie-friendly).
    Cheers.

I haven't done youghal, but I presume the swim would be sea based and therefore could be chopy and tough to swim, the Carrick swim is 750 meters downstream with easy enough bike and run sections.

I think I have mentioned the Carrick tri a few times on boards and want to state that I have nothing to do with the organisers.
