For the past few days I haven't been able to check my traffic levels - I've been presented with a login form instead, that asks for my "Site code" and "Mac address or username".

This has been happening on and off for the past few months, but as it generally fixed itself the next day I haven't been too bothered by it. Has anyone else come across this?

I'll be ringing support later anyway - just wondering if I'm the only one.

Try again later. happens to me too.
It seems to happen at peak times. An overloaded server?

Knowing the login details doesn't work either. It's OK , though slow right now on Metro.

I don't think it's an overloaded server issue - it happens at all times of the day, regardless of peak/off peak.

And correct - knowing the details means nothing
