are you insured when when driving without a full licensed driver

    hi i'm on learners permit just want to know i'm i insured if i have an accident or not . or does having a full licensed driver with you only matter when caught by the gards

    No, you're not.

    Your license is only valid when you druve with a fully licensed driver. Seeing as you can't get insurance without a license, if you drive without a fully licensed driver you are probably also driving without insurance.
