Are MS exams updated to keep up with technology advances?

Hi, I'm doing MS exam 70-291 tomorrow. Just wondering if MS update their exams? Eg. I am used to WSUS 2.0, but at the time of most books being wrote etc. they were on WSUS 1.0. Is the later version reflected in the exams, or are they pretty much static since 2003/04, when they were first written?

I got questions about WSUS 3.0 , quite a few actually.

I find the only sections MS dont seem to update is connection speeds ... you still get questions about remote offices connecting over 128k WAN links.
