    I'd go with purple/navy shoes and accessories, or else maybe silver if you want to dress it up :)

    You could accessorize it in so many ways - to give it a funky look you could wear a yellow belt [would have to match the dress!] around the middle.

    Black pumps would work for a dressed down look.
    As would purple shoes, silver shoes etc etc!

    as a guy I think.....

    A pair of beige sandals, with matching belt (2 or 3 inch in width)....and silver/ivory chain with pendant.

    and maybe a light scarf/cardigan incase of a chill - later in the evening.
